Affiliation and Research Interests
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Center for Computational Sciences and Engineering (CCSE) in the Computational Research Division of the Computing Sciences Directorate at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
I received my PhD in December 2013 from the Johns Hopkins University in the Mechanical Engineering Department. My PhD research was on multiscale modeling of nonlinear reaction-diffusion phenomena in reactive nanolaminated metals. I then moved as a postdoctoral fellow to the Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences at UT-Austin, where I worked on the stochastic representation of model inadequacy, and on developing algorithms for Bayesian inference in generic extreme-scale stochastic problems.
